Educational & Professional Experience
Before becoming a lawyer, Rani spent 15 years as a university professor and business consultant, enriching his skill set and gaining invaluable experience. He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Thompson Rivers University, a Master's degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor's degree from the American University of Beirut.
Services
Rani's legal practice primarily focuses on corporate tax law, intergenerational business transfer, wills and estates, contracts, and family law agreements. He leverages his expertise to develop customized solutions for each client. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Rani effectively bridges cultural and linguistic gaps to better serve his clients.
